Toby has over fifteen years’ experience in food and drink PR having worked with clients as diverse as The Bramley Apple Campaign, Baxters – the Scottish Food Group, CRUSSH juice bars, Café Spice Namaste, and The Asian & Oriental School of Cookery, as well as fine food companies that include Chococo, Paxton & Whitfield and Rosebud Preserves. 

His experience ranges from organising product launches and restaurant openings; brand building to win over consumers and secure trade listings; leadership positioning for brands to convey knowledge and authority within the food and drink sector; artisan credentials communicated to really capture the hearts and minds of pure ‘foodie connoisseurs’; through to setting up and managing nationwide campaigns that included sampling at food festivals throughout the UK.

In his spare time, when he’s not ‘getting down on the yoga mat’, in the swimming pool or walking Suzy in the nearest park, Toby loves to cook, entertain, and catch up with friends.
